PROJECT MANAGEMENT

QUANTITY SURVEYING

We undertake all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying services, including initial feasibility studies, budget estimating and cost planning, providing advice on procurement and contractual procedures, preparation of tender documentation, from full BOQ’s to trade packages, recommending interim valuation payments, measurement, preparing financial reports and agreeing final accounts with both main contractors and works package contractors.

EMPLOYERS AGENT

We provide a full Employers Agent service encompassing developing design briefs, providing procurement advice and preparation of Employer’s Requirements documentation, negotiating contracts with contractors, monitoring progress on site and issue of all formal certificates at key stages of the project.

MAINTENANCE PLANNING

We provide Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor services on numerous major repair and renewals, cyclical and term contracts up to £10M in value, as well as preparation of life cycle costings.

BESPOKE SERVICES

We provide a range of other specialist services including corporate recovery, project monitoring and major insurance repair works contracts.
